HIGHLIGHTS

Assessment: Individual and collective team assessments are conducted including one-one-one 360° interviews. Insights from the assessments identify areas of growth and improvement for each person and for the team.

 

Team Training: Leaders will more clearly understand how their individual behaviors impact others on the team and across the organization. They will also recognize how the team’s collective strengths and differences can be leveraged to more effectively
drive results.

 

Tools/Data: All individual and team training and solutions flow out
of the assessment phase. Team results will be evaluated against top performing organizations.

 

Results: The team will set specific goals and metrics regarding the most critical issues keeping the team from performing at the highest level. What new behaviors will the team implement that the rest of the organization should emulate?
