Focus: Coaching designed and targeted to resolve the client’s most pressing business situational needs or desired behavioral changes. Specific goals are set with metrics to measure results. 

Coaching Phases: 1. Assessment 2. Solution Design 3. Solution Implementation 4. Achievement & Measurement

Data Driven: Proven assessment tools including the Birkman Signature Survey, Profile XT 100 and in-person interviews with key client stakeholders are used to help clients identify most important coaching needs. 

Coaching Sessions: Regular/consistent one-on-one confidential sessions based on the client’s need. Early in the process, sessions are held weekly and move to monthly as Implementation is underway. 

Duration: 6-12 months depending on the goal/need and complexity of the solution implementation timeline. In some rare instances 3 months may be enough time to resolve the challenge.
