For over 35 years, Bill has led large cross functional teams to achieve significant financial and marketplace success beyond their own expectations.  

 

He has experience working with senior leaders and teams of both large and small companies. These include Walmart, Walgreens, Procter & Gamble, Hallmark, LifeWay, Miller Zell, Eureka Ranch and many others.

 

Prior to establishing Higher Ground, Bill was SVP Operations & People for DaySpring, leading all global supply chain and distribution functions as well as acquisition, development,
and retention of top talent. For six years, Bill served as SVP & General Manager of DaySpring’s two largest business/product groups.

 

Bill holds a Master of Public Administration from San Diego State University with emphasis in organizational leadership and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Bill is a Certified Executive Coach and Certified Birkman Professional.  He is also a Certified Instructor in DDI High Performance Leadership and SPHR – Senior Professional in Human Resources.  

 

When Bill isn’t spending time with his family, he is enjoying his time as a runner and fitness buff. He serves on the Board of Directors for Bethany Global University and Board of Trustees for Bethany International.
