You are NOT your judgments

You are NOT your perceptions

You are NOT your wants

You are NOT your needs

You are NOT your likes or dislikes

You are NOT what you think is “good” about you

You are NOT what you think is “bad” about you

 

Basically, You are NOT your Ego !  And that’s Good News!

 

You are the Divine Witness to ALL of it. 

 

These are just states of being that pass through you from time to time, but eventually… “This too shall soon pass.”

 

You might think of it like this:  (Not necessarily say it out loud J)

“Happiness is passing through me now.”

“Frustration is passing through me now.”

“Wonderment is passing through me now.”

And so on….

 

Think about the times when you’ve been the maddest, or the saddest, or the most

 joy-filled, or the most intrigued.  It all passes doesn’t it?  It all comes back to center doesn’t it?  It’s just you swinging in consciousness from one polarity to another.

 

There is another way of being to identify with.

NEUTRALITY, or the Middle Way.

 

This is a way of experiencing life without the extreme pulls in polarity that keep us stuck in having to loop around back and forth from the negative to the positive.  When we go to neutral and identify with the witness we can stay centered and let the frequencies just pass right through.  It’s a choice.  Channel 1 = positive / Channel 2 = negative / Channel 3= neutrality.

 

Hmmmmm…..a third channel!?  What’s this?   How wonderful! 

Options and Choice, and Freewill !  God’s greatest gifts.

Yes, the truth about YOU is that you are the Witness.  You are Divine, Whole, Complete and Perfect.  You are at choice and have freewill.  You are Love, Light and Grace in motion .  You are innocence.  You are boundless and timeless.  You are free and unfettered.  You are the son/daughter of the Highest, and in whom God is well-pleased.

You are an heir to the kingdom.  You are compassion in action.  You are the image and likeness of the Great Creator.  You are a Co-Creator.  You are a powerful spiritual being.

You are made of the same “stuffness”as the ocean, the stars and earth!

 

I see the truth about YOU!

No longer do you need to identify with that which you are NOT.

BE and KNOW that which you already are.
